Everything you love about q989 — cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino, slot games and Bingo — available in your pocket, any time, from any Android or iOS device.
Mobile gaming in Pakistan has grown massively over the last few years. More people are using their phones as the primary device for everything — shopping, banking, entertainment. The q989 app was designed keeping this reality in mind. It is not a desktop platform that someone tried to shrink down into a mobile version. It was built from the ground up to be fast, light, and genuinely usable on the kinds of devices that most people in Pakistan actually own.
You do not need a flagship smartphone to run the q989 app well. It performs reliably on mid-range Android phones that are far more common across Pakistan than the latest high-end models. The app loads quickly even on slower connections, which matters when you are trying to place a live bet during a PSL match and every second counts.
The full platform is available through the app — there is no watered-down mobile version that removes features. Whether you want to place a bet on a T20 match, spin a few slots, join a live Baccarat table, or check your VIP cashback, you can do all of it from the same app without logging in and out of different sections.
Deposits and withdrawals work exactly the same way on mobile as they do on desktop. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfers are all fully supported within the app. Since everything runs in PKR, there are no confusing conversions or unexpected deductions when your money moves.

One thing that sets the q989 app apart from other platforms is that it was genuinely tested on the types of devices and network conditions common across Pakistan. It is easy for a tech company to build a slick app that works perfectly on a fast Wi-Fi connection — the challenge is making it just as smooth when someone is watching a PSL match on a crowded 4G network in Lahore or Karachi.
The app handles this through lightweight code, efficient data loading, and smart caching so that even if your connection drops briefly during a live game, you do not lose your session. Reconnection happens automatically without forcing you back to the login screen.
For iOS users, the mobile web version is built to feel like a native app. When you add it to your iPhone home screen through Safari's "Add to Home Screen" option, it opens full-screen without the browser toolbar, making the experience practically identical to a downloaded app.
Regular updates to the q989 app bring new game additions, interface improvements, and performance tweaks. You do not need to manually check for updates on Android — a prompt will appear when a newer version is ready to install.
Live cricket betting through the q989 app
Cricket is the backbone of sports betting in Pakistan, and the q989 app treats it that way. During the Pakistan Super League, the app's sports section is updated in real time with match odds, team news, and in-play markets that let you bet as the game unfolds ball by ball.
The app displays live scoreboards alongside the betting markets so you can track the match without switching between apps. Whether it is the Karachi Kings against the Lahore Qalandars or Peshawar Zalmi chasing a big total in the final, you will find detailed markets covering match winner, top batsman, total runs in an over, method of next dismissal, and more.
International cricket is covered in the same depth. When Pakistan plays India in a T20, or the national team is in a Test series, q989 brings the full range of markets to the app within minutes of the match schedule being confirmed. The live betting feature works smoothly on mobile, with odds updating quickly and bet placement completing in just a couple of taps.
Football fans also get solid coverage on the app. The Premier League, Champions League, La Liga and other major competitions are available with pre-match and in-play betting. Esports markets — particularly CS2, Dota 2, and popular mobile titles — have a growing presence on q989 as well, catering to younger Pakistani players who follow competitive gaming closely.
All sports bets across cricket, football and Esports are eligible for the q989 VIP cashback programme. The more you use the platform, the higher your tier and the better your cashback percentage — though it is always worth remembering that results are unpredictable and responsible budgeting is important.
