These are the rules that govern your use of q989. Please read them before you start — they explain your rights, your responsibilities and how the platform operates for all registered players.

Sports betting on q989 covers cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:
Given that cricket — and the Pakistan Super League in particular — is the most-used part of q989's sports section, a few points specific to cricket betting are worth highlighting. For PSL and other T20 matches, over-by-over markets and player prop bets are settled based on the official scorecard. In the event of a match being abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under that competition's rules, all affected markets will be settled as void unless DLS has produced a result.
Match winner markets on rain-shortened matches where a DLS result is declared will be settled according to that official result. q989 uses the official competition scorecards and results as the definitive source for all settlement decisions.
Slot games, live casino and bingo on q989 are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any game-specific rules:
Live casino sessions require a stable internet connection. q989 is not responsible for bets affected by the player's own connectivity issues — for example, a live table bet placed before a disconnection that results in a loss will be settled as normal.
